🌸 CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Once you’ve customized your apparel with your own unique design, you’ll also want to keep that design looking new and vibrant for as long as possible. You can help make that happen with the tips as follows or check the care instructions in the images. Machine-wash at as low a temperature and as gentle a cycle as possible. Turn garments inside-out before washing and drying. When machine drying, use a lower temperature if possible. Don’t iron directly on the print or custom-embroidered areas. Avoid bleach and other harsh detergents. As always, follow any other care instructions on the garment tags.

🚚 Orders are typically processed (made to order) within 3-5 business days. Following processing, shipping times vary per location, but frequently 3-8 business days. 🌸 SHIPPING: Please note as per ETSY policy we cannot make any changes to shipping addresses once the order is placed. Please make sure that your shipping address is entered correctly during check out. Shipping labels are automatically generated to the address as entered by the buyer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address you will be required to re-purchase shipping.
❗If your item tracking shows your item has been delivered, but you haven’t received it, please contact me via Etsy message. Often delivery is noted by the carrier before physical delivery - sometimes up to 48 hours ahead. If your item truly is missing, then the GPS tracking will be noted via your carrier. At that point, if it is believed your item was intercepted from your doorstep then a police report would be warranted and need to be provided to procure a replacement item.❗
🌸 CANCELLATIONS: All orders placed must be cancelled within 24 hrs. Any order cancelled after 24 hrs may be billed for any and all work completed on your order.
🌸 All products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you order the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact me within 14 days of product delivery.
