🚚 Orders are typically processed (made to order) within 3-5 business days. Following processing, shipping times vary per location, but frequently 3-8 business days. Please note that delays may occur during holiday periods due to an increased volume of orders or during weather related emergencies. 🌸 SHIPPING: Please note we cannot make any changes to shipping addresses once the order is placed. Please make sure that your shipping address is entered correctly during check out. Shipping labels are automatically generated to the address as entered by the buyer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address you will be required to re-purchase shipping. 

❗If your item tracking shows your item has been delivered, but you haven’t received it, please contact me via support@lisaclairedesign.com. Often delivery is noted by the carrier before physical delivery - sometimes up to 48 hours ahead. If your item truly is missing, then the GPS tracking will be noted via your carrier. At that point, if it is believed your item was intercepted from your doorstep then a police report would be warranted and need to be provided to procure a replacement item.❗
🌸 CANCELLATIONS: All orders placed must be cancelled within 24 hrs. Any order cancelled after 24 hrs may be billed for any and all work completed on your order.
🌸 All products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you order the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact me within 14 days of product delivery.
