SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping quotes will be provided using the least expensive and fastest method found. Usually, UPS, FedEx, or USPS will be used.

 

All ready-made items will be shipped within 3-5 business days. 

Custom items will be shipped once the product has been created. An estimated shipping date will be provided. 

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, contact Lisa at support@lisaclairedesign.com. Please provide the reason for your return. A shipping label will be provided for your convenience.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

 

All care is taken when creating the products. Please make certain that you have read the item description thoroughly to ensure you are aware of the size, color, material, etc, before purchase.
